I first met Emma a few years back as she was part of the homeschool community that my own kids attend. What a pleasure it has been to watch her flourish through her high school years and pursue her interests, all while having a heart hungry for God. She is just beginning her new season in life at the beautiful King's College in New York. We chose downtown St. Petersburg because well, it's just awesome! There is something for everyone in this growing little artistic town. We started off at the specialty coffee shop, Intermezzo, because let's face it, all teenage girls love fufu coffee drinks! (And so do I!) It makes for the perfect place to sit and chill while enjoying a cup of joe. Plus, the beautiful natural light speaks for itself. We then headed over to the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts. Having studied ballet for many years, what a better place to showcase that passion for her. We ended our session at the one and only Salvador Dali Museum. The sun was closing in and mixed with the architecture of the building, it was a perfect way to finish up. I love that we were able to mix her trendsetting style with the backdrop of her own hometown. With a passion for God and life, I wish her many blessings on her new adventure exploring college life, a brand new city, and just plain old growing up.
